NJM’s NEWEST Tablet Elevator at Pack Expo
The Pack Expo Booth #2130 in the South Hall will showcase one of the newest machines built for packaging in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and vitamin industries. NJM Packaging has developed the TE-20 Tablet Elevator which can be seen at McCormick Place in Chicago, feeding bulk products to a tablet counter. This all new design with sophisticated new technology achieves twice the throughput in almost half the floor space.
The TE-20 handles up to 24,000 tablets per minute, based on a 17 mm-size tablet. The stainless steel TE-20 features a standard hopper with a 4 cubit foot (113 liter) capacity or an optional hopper with a 7 cubic foot (198 liter) capacity. The standard hopper offers approximately 9 minutes of autonomy, depending on the tablet size, when running at its maximum speed. The more compact footprint is ideal for feeding NJM’s Cremer CFS-622 Tablet Counter, also being exhibited at the Pack Expo Show in Chicago, November 2-5, 2014.
