Exhibit 4 — Syringe Filling and Assembly Equipment from Dara Pharmaceutical Equipment
NJM is the exclusive distributor for Dara Pharmaceutical Equipment in the USA and Canada.
Dara Pharmaceutical designs, develops, and manufactures technologically advanced equipment for washing, sterilizing, filling, freeze-drying, and closing vials, bottles, syringes, cartridges, and IV Bags in sterile conditions.
The Dara Pharma SFL Luer/S machines are rotary machines for individual processing of plastic syringes. The machine is compact, fills syringes from 0.1 to 120ml, and produces output up to 3,600 uph.
The SFL Luer/S is available with the following optional equipment –
- Filling from the tip of preassembled syringes
- Vacuum-assisted plunger insertion
- Checkweighing of the dose
- Gas flushing before, during or after the filling process
- Dosing system for CIP / SIP conditions
- Automatic rejection of defective syringes
- SCADA software to process data acquisition in accordance with FDA 21CFR Part 11
- Monitoring and particle counting
- Laminar flow / RABS
- IQ / OQ validation package
