Exhibit 1 — Cremer Tablet Counter

• The UNISORT™ 32 bottle unscrambler is compact and ideal for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers, food, personal care and contract packagers.
• The Cremer CFS 622 tablet counter can accommodate up to four expandable modules for speeds up to 200 bottles per minute. Thanks to its small footprint it can be seamlessly integrated into any new or existing bottle packaging line in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry. With only a few change parts the CFS is able to count almost any kind of tablet or capsule and fill almost any kind of plastic or glass bottle: round, oval or rectangular.
• The CMD integrates an NJM raised-bed conveyor with a third party metal detector head. With the CMD, NJM has eliminated the need for bottle transfers. At speeds up to 250 units per minute, the CMD delivers superior performance and tablet entrapment free design to help manufacturers and contract packers ensure product safety and avoid costly product recalls.
• The TE 20 tablet elevator features an innovative patented magnetic lift that improves cleanability. Worker ergonomics are improved by allowing an operator to fill the tablet hopper at a comfortable height. The elevator then lifts a transport bucket to feed a tablet counter or blister machine at speeds up to 20,000 products per minute.
