Introduced at Interphex earlier this year, the new Dara SX-310-PP/D achieves aseptic filling, stoppering and capping with fully servo-driven automation in a compact footprint. Ideal for pharma and biotech manufacturers that are filling suspensions, vaccines or cellular tissue, Dara SX-310-PP/D can be equipped with stainless steel or ceramic rotary piston pumps or peristaltic pumps that utilize ‘single use’ tubing. This system is low maintenance, quick and easy to changeover and offers simple set-up for adding new container sizes in the future.
Also built for pharma and biotech applications, the Dara Moduline is an aseptic filling system for vials, syringes and/or cartridges. It seamlessly integrates Dara aseptic fill-and-finish systems with Getinge La Calhene’s isolator technology to provide a class 100 cleanroom working environment when operating in a class 100,000 cleanroom. The top plate of the filler and the isolator are designed to fit together and manufactured simultaneously rather than sequentially to speed delivery and reduce capital costs.
