PLC upgrade due to obsolescence

Existing Micrologix 1100 combined with combo I/O card is being replaced by a single unit PLC : Micrologix 1400.

Benefits:

• Retrofit is straight forward with minimum down time

• Replacement PLC will now be highly available in the event of a failure.

Vibrator control upgrade replacement due to obsolescence

Existing Vibrator control is no longer available and should be replaced by a unit that can be easily purchased. This will greatly reduce your down time in the event of a failure.

Lifing cable/brake system upgrade

Initial mechanical lifting system does not follow today’s safety standards. NJM has put together an upgrade kit which will follow ASME-B30.9-2014 standards. This kit consists of a new cable, upgraded brake system and new cable entry brush gate.

Brake test kit

Periodic verification of the brake system is a must. Add this verification to your PM program to make sure your safety brake really works! The kit TE10-AS0009-00 has what it takes to truly validate that your brake works.

Safely hooks on to your TE10 and allows the maintenance dept to simulate a cable failure and truly test the brake in a safe matter.
