NJM Receives Achievement Award for 10th Billion Capsule Packaged

NJM Recognized as a Valued Partner by Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals

10 billion is an extremely high number. In order to wrap our minds around how big 10 billion actually is, it can be beneficial to look at the number by way of an analogy. We know that when we take a look at the US National Debt, a debt as high as $10 billion or $10 trillion is huge- and not good. On the flip side, when 10 billion capsules are produced by a company to help relieve stomach ulcers, we would have to say that is a very good thing. NJM Packaging was recently recognized by one of our partners for aiding in this very achievement.

Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals Inc. of Seymour, Indiana, awarded NJM Packaging a prestigious plaque recognizing us as being a valued partner in the achievement of the “10th Billion Capsule” produced of  Omeprazole, a pharmaceutical used to relieve stomach ulcers.  The parent company, UCB, provides this generic pharmaceutical.

NJM has worked with Kremers Urban since they were acquired by Schwarz Pharma Manufacturing in the mid 1990’s.  We have worked with this valued customer for many years and have appreciated our partnership in providing full tablet counting and filling lines for Kremers.  The amazing feat of reaching the 10^th billion capsule brings notoriety to the longevity of Kremer and NJM’s packaging partnership.
