The all new NJM Courser® Vial / Syringe labeler is designed to label syringes & vials on the same machine at speeds up to 250 bpm for vials and 200 bpm for syringes. The Courser was introduced to meet the growing needs from biotech companies and 503B pharmacies for personalized medicine packaging. This machine has a simple, quick & tool-less changeover, easy access to all machine accessories and simple instructions, to reduce downtime between batches. It is also compact to allow floor space optimization in pharmaceutical, biotech and vitamin manufacturing plants.
Now, NJM has designed a glass-to-glass contact avoidance system for the Courser 230, to guarantee the physical integrity of syringes. This configuration utilizes manual tray feeding (Rondo type trays) and manual removal of syringes at the outfeed. The machine is still dual purpose, maintaining its ability to label vials.
