New Induction Seal Verification System

NJM Packaging is excited to introduce the all new Model I²VS DIR Technologies Induction Seal Verification System.  This machine provides a continuous process within a line verifying the integrity of the seal of a cap.  We will be exhibiting this all new innovative system at the Interphex Show in New York City in March.

The Induction Seal Verification System provides high level integrated line control by detecting and rejecting products that may have a bent foil under an already sealed cap.   It also detects and rejects an under/over heated seal, a missing foil, and/or a crooked cap.  This system has been designed for screw caps, as well as snap caps.
