NJM is also introducing the Dara NFL/2-RDL aseptic filling and closing machine for vials – a twist on the high speed SX-310-RDL we debuted last year but for smaller capacity lines. Just like the SX-310-RDL, the NFL/2-RDL fills vials and closes them with RayDyLyo caps, but now, the new system handles nests of pre-sterilized, ready-to-use vials. Massively simplifying small scale-production, the NFL/2-RDL is perfect for biotech companies and 503B pharmacies that are scaling up to small-batch commercial production.
