Cremer CFS-622 Tablet Counter Boasts High Output & Reliable Counting
Do you think there is nothing new when it comes to tablet counters? We’d like to change your mind about that!
NJM Packaging exhibited the new Cremer CFS-622 Tablet Counter for the first time at Pack Expo Chicago late last year. This new machine features a fresh and innovative concept in counting, based on a modular design, as well as servo-driven and servo-controlled vibrators and memory flaps.
With state-of-the-art technology and simple operating procedures, this counter is designed to meet the pharmaceutical industry’s need for high efficiency, high output and very reliable tablet counting.
The Cremer CFS-622 Electronic Tablet Counter consists of a main frame with fixed side panels that accommodate two or three counting modules, each with six channels that are 22 mm wide. “The Cremer CFS-622 Tablet Counter has proven 100 percent accuracy with guaranteed outputs up to 150 bpm, based on 100-count bottles. The actual speed depends on the bottle neck and product flow as well as the overall shape and size of the product”.
The simplicity of this machine design allows the operator to accomplish fast changeovers and repeatable set-ups, using no tools. Removable modules allow simplified cleaning and reduced maintenance costs.
NJM Packaging will exhibit this innovative new Tablet Counter at Booth #2633, Interphex 2013, located at the Javits Center in New York City from April 23-25, 2013. If you can’t wait that long to see it, give us a call to discuss your needs, and we will convince you there is indeed something new in Tablet Counters!
