Today, we’re proud to announce that Guillaume Savoie-Lavigueur, who was recently promoted to R&D Supervisor at NJM, has won PMMI’s 2019 ‘On the Rise Award,’ which recognizes rising stars in packaging and processing who display leadership potential in their daily workplace.
Guillaume has been with NJM for seven years. In that time, he’s worked on new product development projects such as the Courser 230 vial/syringe labeler, the UNISORT 32 bottle unscrambler and the TE-20 tablet elevator. Earning his Masters in Engineering in 2018, Guillaume demonstrates impressive initiative, including relocating twice for his work, as he shifts into management roles. Combined with his strong leadership skills, he is a perfect fit for this R&D Supervisor position.
Now leading a team of NJM engineers, Guillaume manages our full R&D portfolio as well as the intellectual property of the company. To drive our continued success, he helps influence strategic decisions, impact engineering processes and improve time to market.
