Capping Machinery Uses Belts at NJM
This belt capper is an in-line capper with the unique name: beltorque™ . This belt capper is designed for use in the pharmaceutical, vitamin and nutraceutical industry as the ‘best of the best’ in-line capping machinery. This high speed capper can run up to 300 units per minute, it has a cap feeder and cap chute, that applies caps and tightens to the required torque with the use of synchronized cap tightening belts.
There is an all new option now being offered to help packagers uncover rogue tablets that could accidentally be caught up in the upper capper mechanism. The window and lights installed in the capper head assists the operator in performing the line clearance and to proceed with a new product changeover.
The beltorque™ Belt Capper video shown below displays the cap elevator moving the caps into the starwheel infeed system, placing the caps into the cap chute, placing the caps on the bottle moving through the synchronized cap and container belt system.
