That’s why we’re proud to announce the appointment of Laura Coman as NJM’s Parts Sales Manager. Her impressive background in international aftermarket sales and commitment to developing strong customer relationships makes Laura ideally suited to supervise our growing parts department.
Before coming to NJM, Laura spent seven years with the global technology leader Wartsila, first as a Parts Order Coordinator and then an Account Manager. There, she provided customer support for a variety of equipment, including supplying spare parts for repairs and maintenance. She prioritizes the customer’s needs and objectives to create successful customer-supplier partnerships.
“It’s an honor to join the ProMach Pharma Business Line,” said Laura. “I am eager to share my experience and knowledge to help further strengthen NJM’s parts department. My goal is to provide a personal, customer-focused approach built on proactive communication.”
